What have you been doing to get ready for this up and coming race season?

Just been getting everything situated. Trying to train as much as possible while getting caught up with all my schoolwork. And of course getting everything planned for the 2014 race season.

How did you get into riding motocross?

Everyone in my family rode dirt bikes and my two older brothers raced the nationals. My parents also owned a graphic business, so I was always at the races with my family. Then when I was 3 years old I got a little JR-50 and been riding ever since.

What drives you the most to keep progressing in your sport?

I drive to keep improving cause its always something I wanted to do. My dream has always been to be the top rider in the pro ranks. I also just want to prove to all the people who have helped me out that they made the right decision.

What do you think is your biggest accomplishment as an amature athlete so far?

My biggest accomplishment as an amateur so far is winning a moto at Loretta Lynn’s and being invited to race theAmateur All-Stars class at Monster Cup.

What goals do you have for the next year?

My goals for 2014 are to win some titles and work as hard as I can. Then when I go to races I know there is nobody on that gate that has worked harder and is more prepared than me.

Why do you think it’s important for brands to support younger up and coming riders like yourself?

I think it’s important because the amateurs are the future of the sport. Also, it’s a good way to help prepare amatures for pro ranks.

Anyone who you would like to thank for helping you get to where you are today?

I definitely want to thank Ryan and Taylor from South of The Border. My brother Daniel, he’s helped me out so much. Also, Bruce from Alias, Monster Energy, Craig from Scott Goggles, Nick at Black Diamond Graphics, Optrix, All Sport Dynamics, RAD Manufacturing, Rk and Excel, Works Connection, Flyin’ Colors, ICW, Tag Metals, Sunline, Dnlop, Novik Gloves, Ticket Emporium, my Mom, Dad, and my Mechanic Jordan.
