In October, Hookit tracked 116 of the top BMX riders. Together their reach generated 6.6 million fan interactions and over 350k new fans. With Instagram being the leading source of these new fans, it played host to 54.4% of all new fans, while Facebook held 43.2% and Twitter only 2.4%.

Liverpool, UK native Harry Main takes the crown in social media for the month of October. His reach expands to over 400k total fans, generating 668k social interactions. On the rise in October, young gun Nick Bruce had a 34.9% increase in fan growth. Be on the lookout for Bruce rising through the ranks.

The top tweet was from TJ Lavin and reached over 2.1 million followers.

Stevie Churchill dominated Instagram with the most liked photo at 11k likes and the third most liked photo at 9.8k.
