In December, Hookit tracked 134 of the top motocross riders. Together they gathered 442.9K new followers and generated 9.2M fan interactions. Of those new fans, 58.5% came from Facebook, 34.4% from Instagram and 7.1% from Twitter.
Ken Roczen overtook James Stewart for the top spot this month. Stewart was able to own 7/10 of the top Instagram posts of the month. Roczen’s total fan base grew by 39K fans bringing his total audience to 811K fans. All together those fans generated 1.4M total interactions across all of Ken’s accounts.
The 250 class was once again led by Adam Cianciarulo who generated 625K fan interactions and his fan base grew by nearly 36K fans this month.
From the 450cc class the rider showing the largest growth for the month was Phillip Nicoletti with a total fan base growth of 60.6%. In the 250cc class Brad Nauditt showed a growth of 97.3%.
