At Modern Skate and Surf in Royal Oak, skaters can rent the park with family and friends. The park must be rented for a minimum of two hours and prices will vary depending on the day of the week. For private birthday parties you can enjoy exclusive use of our private room, gift bag for the birthday guest, and discounted prices on rental gear. Large school, church and organized social groups of 20 or more skaters are always welcome to rent out the Royal Oak skate park at a special rate for each guest.
