Blackhawk Farms CCS Middleweight Supersport July 2009 Ortega in the 1:08s on his R6  - Middleweight Supersport race clips. Dan Ortega set the at the time(600cc)track record chasing down Robbie Jensen. 1:08.831 Unfortunately I fell off on lap 5 and he beat me. I was on my MD racing, Ohlins suspended, Dunlop Shod Yamaha R6. This race was July '09 at Blackhawk Farms. I hope to be back on track this year! I got to get into the 1:07s! www.danortegaracing.com

BLACKHAWK FARMS RACEWAY, BKC RACE #3 6-3-2012.wmv  - Finished in 1st place in Badger Kart Club Race #3 at Blackhawk Farms in Illinois this past Sunday. After 3 rear gear changes on Saturday practice we found the most speed we could get. Sunday brought great weather for racing, Jacob started near the front of the 3rd group in race #6. He was working his way through the traffic passing 12 karts in the first 12 min of the race before a crash in turn 7 ...brought out the red flag. Restarting the last half of the race Jacob went to work quickly passing 4 karts before turn 1, and then passed 8 more before taking the checkered flag.
