At the age of 14 i helped my dad build a 600bhp Mazda RX7 FC3s from start to finish and then had the opportunity to take it out on a track day, i showed not only good driving skills for someone so young, but also a very keep interest in the engineering and development of the car. I finished school and went onto collage to study engineering as an apprenticeship. At the age of 17 I bought my first car, a Nissan 200sx and built it to a high standard for Drifting. By the age of 18 I had a semi-profession Drift licence and competed in the British Drift Championship. But after one season I realised my heart belonged to circuit racing and made the decision to do the ARDS test and built one of the fastest Mazda RX7's in the country and then competed at Castle Combe, after having 2 successful years at Castle Combe Chris Putt Racing have decided to compete the car in Eurosaloon Champoinship competing all over the UK, and i am continuing to drive for them. Racing has been my whole life, and it will continue to be one way or another. i will not stop till i reach the top.
