Manny MacMillan lives on the New Hampshire seacoast with his wife Nicole and their two sons, Griffin and Roddy. Driving his Hummer on some of the most challenging trails in the country for nearly 10 years, he has been a member of The HUMMER Club, Inc. since 2003. Manny holds undergraduate degrees in both Biology and Business Studies, and is pursuing his M.Ed. in Adventure Learning. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)<P>

Manny is a former Division 1 Soccer Goalkeeper who has taken his skills and competitive spirit to less traditional sports; he participates regularly in snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing as well as BMX and MTB.

Travelling throughout the country to wheel on challenging trails at events for Hummers and other 4x4's alike, Manny pays for most of his spare parts and tools by working as a writer and editor for Ultimate Hummers Magazine and OFF-ROAD.COM. When he isn’t out wheeling or organizing events in his role as President of the New England Hummer Owners Group, Manny can be found staring blankly at the undercarriage of his abused and aging H1 as it sits perched on the hydraulic lift in his garage.<P>

The HUMMER Club, Inc. has recognized some of Manny’s achievements over the years. In 2003 he earned the “Tow Strap Award,” and 2004 brought the “Rotor Guard Award” and the “I Wish I Had Four Doors Award,” earning him the right to wear a helmet, poncho and life preserver in front of hundreds of chuckling club members.<P>

On a more serious note, Manny has earned his HOPE and Tread Lightly® Master Trainer certifications, and has worked with Mike Morris to coordinate driver endorsements for HOPE candidates on the east coast over the past year as well. Manny was awarded "honorary membership" by the Hummer X Club for his contributions to the Hummer Community. In September 2007, he was featured in Boston Magazine in an article that focused on the subculture world of Hummer enthusiasts. And, most importantly, Manny has a reputation for wheeling Hummers on trails that have never been attempted by a Hummer before.
