THIS SATURDAY JUNE 9th NICK TOMLINSON WILL BE RACING THE SPRINT CAR SHOOTOUT AT THE DOUGLAS COUNTY SPEEDWAY IN ROSEBURG OREGON.THIS WILL NICKS THIRD RACE IN THE OSIRIS SHOES,WESTERN BOXED MEATS,SPY OPTICS, OREGON CUSTOM COACHES MAXIM.NICK IS IMPROVING AT AN ASTONISHING RATE AND HE IS CONFIDENT TO COME OUT OF THIS WEEKENDS RACE WITH A SOLID FINISH.

WE TESTED THE SPRINT CAR FOR THE 07 SEASON.THANKYOU TO KELLY FROM RIDERSUPPORT.NET HE GOT US O'SIRIS SHOES AND DECALS OVERNIGHT SO WE COULD HAVE THE DECALS ON THE CAR FOR THE TEST.

THE OSIRIS SHOES,SPY OPTICS,ALUMINUM RAPID SHELTERS MAXIM RAN GOOD.NICK  DID A GREAT JOB HE WAS SMOOTH ON THE THROTTLE AND DROVE A GOOD LINE.WE HAD A POWER STEERING LEAK COME UP WHICH CUT OUR TEST A LITTLE SHORT NICK STILL RAN ABOUT FIFTY LAPS BEFORE WE WERE DONE.

Well its been a cold wet winter but the racing at the Douglas County Indoor was hotter than the hottest summer day.The open 500cc class had 36 different drivers sign in over the 10 race season with an average car count of 21 cars per race.

     Nick had a great season  in his rookie season in the open class he finished 9th in points overall making 8 out of 10 a-main events,won two heat races and made 1 trophy dash.We at Nick Tomlinson Motorsports would like to thank Osiris Shoes,Spy Optics and Aluminum Rapid Shelters for they're support for the winter season and are looking forward to great summer season.
