end of year points.......

Snow, Snow lots of snow! Time to hit the sled

has been about a month and it felt like it too.......well maybe not. Getting winded had more to do with my old Patterson teammate Shope deciding to buck up and get a license. My excuse for coming in second, Shope rides a bike everywhere, he is 7 years younger and I worked all day.

We had a good time! Now if we could only get Prather back on two wheels.

Tooled around tonight for the first time in weeks, there is still some pain in the arm but all in all it went well.

Still taking it easy.

The arm is doing well. There is still some swelling on the elbow but for the most part I just have a huge bruise from my wrist to my elbow.

in my forearm is way down, my elbow still has a sizable lump and the area is very sore.

You play, you pay!

Thanks to the weekends blunt force trauma, my left elbow looks like Popeyes. Doctari say I have some major bruising, an irritated bursa and possible chipped bone on a radial something. And the Doc said, I was very lucky I have my 661 body armor on or it probably would not have been a mere bruise and a chip of bone.

So I get to garnish my wardrobe with an arm sling for awhile.
