Ive been riding since 2009 in july 2010 i broke my wrist pushing myself on the track, they reset my wrist to get blood flow back to my hand then two weeks later they put two plates in my wrist with an expected recovery of 6 months. Spent every day of august doing everything i can to speed up the heeling process. End of september i got back on my bike and started my rehabilitation process. By november i found i was pushing myself just as hard as before. 2011 i was deployed to afghanistan and now returned, ive been working on my bike since and getting back on the track hasnt felt any sweeter. Im pushing myself harder than ever getting ready for that race.
