When I was 2 years old I cracked my head open at Palm Avenue trying to ride my plastic horse down a hill. My brothers were riding and I was trying to chase after them. So my dad said well, we may as well put him on a bike. Thats how it all began.
As junior riders my brothers and I were the original and first riders for Team NoFear. We would walk around the pits at Barona wearing our grey wool jackets with black leather sleeves. Each of us held national titles and at one time I was the pee wee champ while my brothers held the title in the 60 and 80 classes and my dad was battling it out with I think Carl Scanlin in old farts class. It was a pretty cool way to grow up and I certainly want to continue that tradition when I have my own family.
I took a break from motocross after a broken leg at the Mini Nationals and started racing BMX. My last year racing I was the 15 expert national champ. Rode moto throughout the years and started road racing in 2009.
Currently I race Supermoto for ESI Racing, Team ECC. I crosstrain through motocross, road racing, mountain biking, wakeboarding, BMX and whatever else seems fun for the time. I’m a very active individual and I put all I have into what I do. You should expect no less as a sponsor.
