I have been racing for over ten years now, and it has been an awesome ten years. Started racing B class at age 13 which I had much success in the AMA Arenacross series and races in Texas and New Mexico. I moved up to Pro at 16 and have been racing in Texas and New Mexico mainly. I started college last year at NMSU going for a BA in Mechanical Engineering so racing has slowed down just a little. I still ride a few times a week, and race when I am able to. In March, I had a bad accident at an Arenacross in Amarillo,TX which resulted in a Level 4 Lacerated Liver, lacerated spleen, and collapsed lung. I spent 9 days in the trauma hospital, and came back to finish the school year off with a 3.8 gpa. I have been riding again for about a month now, and I am about to start racing again. I believe I will come back even faster. At the arenacross's I have been attending I have battled with Sean Hackley, Matt Lemoine, Josh Demuth, and many other top ranking riders. Hoping to be one of those very soon.
I won the schoolboy division in the Arenacross south division in 2008, and placed third in B class. I went to the US Open and placed 5th in B, although I got DQ'd for jumping under a medic flag I did not see, and 6th in Schoolboy. I also won the Tarantula 100 in 2009 the only time I have raced it.
