Why do you like this sport?
It defies some of the most amazing elements of this world and really pushes your gut and limits. It introduces a whole new level of trust, ability, skill and talent that you never had before. The adrenaline always keep you pumping and at speeds of over 200 miles per hour, it becomes less apart of this reality.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
I train every single day. My day consists of a lot of cardio work, running, cycling and a lot of weight lifting. You have to have a strong upper body and be physically fit to operate a formula car of any type. Your body gets thrashed about and you feel your head bobbing back and forth around the corners. I have to train 5 days a week, eat healthy and really watch my nutrition. My schedule involved working out every morning, practicing on the track during the afternoon, doing a small cardio workout when I get back, stretching, business work and making sure I am eating nutritiously all day long.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I got the opportunity to test a Formula One Car and would love to get into Formula One full time and win a World Championship!
