I started riding with my dad in 2005. My first bike was a CRF50. I stared racing soon after. In 2007 I got a KTM 65, and began racing more seriously. In 2011 my dad bought me a modified CR85R (big wheel), which I raced. On October 14, I was racing at Milestone Mx Friday Night Lights. I won the first moto easily. In the second moto, while passing for the lead, I crashed and broke both bones in my right wrist. On December 28, I had been cleared to ride again and was riding at Milestone. After about 2 hours of riding, I cased a triple jump and broke 3 bones in my right foot. I had two serguries to fix my foot. By the time I was cleared to ride., I had outgrown my 85. My dad bought me a 2012 Honda CRF250R. I have been getting back into race shape and getting familiar with the new bike and dialing in the bike I should be ready to race on 07/07 in the Hot Summer Nights Series at Perris Raceway. I plan on racing in the Road to Mammoth Qualifier and the Loretta's Qualifier.
While I was racing in the 65 class, I was training with Mike Craig. I improved a lot. Enough to get some sponsors and get my KTM 65 modified, which help me further improve my riding. But what I enjoy most of all, is spending time with my dad at the races competing.
To improve my riding/racing, move up in classes toward the pro class, attract and represent sponsors in a positive and responsible manner, and most of all, win on a weekly basis. I am trying to qualify for Loretta's this year.
