My wife has used Skins for recovery for quite sometime. My 5 star rating is mostly based on my wife's rave reviews. I've just recently bought a pair of recovery tights and have only used them a few times. So far I like them and hope they continue to serve me well in the coming year.

I use Fluid once or twice a week. I only use it after my toughest workouts/rides. When my muscles are depleted and I drink Fluid I can literally feel it working.

I use Fluid once or twice a week. Only after my toughest rides. Or sometimes on rides where even if they weren't the toughest workouts, I feel drained afterward. First thing when I get home is to drink some Fluid. When your muscles are depleted you can feel the stuff working.
