possible before surgery, need to keep in shape. Only a couple more rides before I am out for a bit.......wish me luck

Good riding today. Been away for a bit, been dealing with th stress of life. Trying to get in as much riding as I can in before January. Will be out for about a month, have surgery coming up. Nothing from an injury, having my gallbladder removed. Man I just want to get it over with, tired of pain, tired of limited foods. Will be missing out on the winter series here in Socal because of it, but I guess that leaves me playing Team Captain and mechanic for awhile. Still alot of good fun to be had, hope to be seeing everyone about as the new year comes.

Sooo, this year I have had a few issues, Broken wrist, ribs, cracked sternum and all that wonderfull knee damage.

Well, most everything has long since healed.  At this point I am able to ride, I  can pedal fairly well, cornering is still suffering a bit.  Doc has me on track for the knee to be totally healed  in about a year......Damn thats a long time.  Well goo dnews is that its confirmed at this point that I am not going to need surgury on the knee, but it is just taking sooo damn.  Oh well such is life, and thats the price we pay sometimes for this wonderful sport we call Downhill!!!  See everyone out on the mountain.

Well everyone, I did it again.  This time instead of the wrist, its ny knee.  Well its more than the Knee, but thats the real worry.   SO went to Woodward, Had a great weekend, Lots of fun, lots of Heckling....ALOT of Heckling....To the point Donny had to stop us, and stand up for Adrian.......Man he is never going to live that down.  Anyways, Stuffed it Effin hard at the finish line, still got my time, but Here is the tally....four cracked ribs, fractured sternum, possibly ACL, and Bursa damage....sitting at home leg in the air...waiting for Ortho and an MRI for next Monday.

I will be back yet again

Hello everyone,
This year I moved up to sport class, new bike, new team, new gear.   It started out great, I couldnt have asked to have more fun beingout riding.  Until getting ready for race three when i went down during practice and broke my left wrist.   At this point I am still sitting on the sideline, but I am still having an absolute blast.  Still going to the races to cheer for the team, still being a big part of what DH races are.  At this point the Doctors took the cast off last night, and put me into a splint, good news is, that as soon as I feel I can, I can go for a ride.  Bad news is, it still hurts like hell.

So I ahve missed two races now, meaning I am out for the overalls for the winter series this year, bummer, but all is not lost, I am still having fun.  Today I went to the shop and I swapped a few parts over that I broke during the crash to get the bike up and running again, tommorrow I will be going down and getting myself a set of proper wrisst wraps and I a going to go out for a short ride.  I am pretty sure I will go ahead and sit out for the next race as well, just to make sure I get all healed up Proper.

Hope to see everyone out riding,  now I am looking foward to hitting the Cal State series with some force!!!!!
