I just got back from the "Ring of Fire" tour" #volcanotour which is hiking and skiing the Volcanoes in the PNW Cascades. My trip started at Whole Foods Market in Reno, NV to stock up the Spyder Land Yacht. From there Captain Grant drove us to Mt Lassen to start the mission. Mt Lassen, Mt Shasta, Mt McLoughlin, Mt Thielsen and Mt Bachelor in 4 days. Lots of vert, physical challenges on the way up, gps navigation through old growth forests, wide open bowls, rock climbing to one summit, skinning and hiking to others. We scored great snow. Hey Mr. Rahlves I am a big fan. Recently I got a new coach a few years ago and he says he knows you really well. His name is Vlado Dzugas. As a coach he has brought are team up and made us all better. We were all wondering if you had any advice and also do you remember him.

Daron Rahlves Alvin- Yes I've worked with Vlado and he's a great guy and coach. Listen to him. He has a lot of experience. Good luck and keep charging. To be great it comes down to putting all your effort into it. Talent only takes you so far. Hard work and persitence pays off. Make it Happen! Daron p.s. tell Vlado I said hello!
