||Since 2010 - Once Or Twice Per Week
My father started a watercross team in 1997 named ABR Performance. He went straight into Pro class and was a top finishing rider in Pro Stock and Pro Open ovals until his racing retirement in 2003. He is now the crew chief of the 3 man race team featuring Pro Rider, Cody Engstrand. and Semi-pro riders, myself, Cole Engstrand, and Brett Holdt. I started drag racing in 2010 and moved into the stock and modified oval classes the following year. I enjoy practicing every weekend, and constantly finding ways to increase the performance of my machine.
Started racing in 2010 I a drag class and finished 3rd in season points. I was also awarded IWA Rookie Of The Year that season. Started oval racing in 2011 and finished 4th in season points in Semi pro stock ovals in my second season racing. In 2012 I was a top finishing machine in the Stock and Mod semi pro oval classes, while competing in Mod classes on my stock machine. I was the Runner up Semi Pro Stock World Champion, and placed 4th in the Modified World Championship feature on my stock machine.
After missing the World Champion Title in 2012, I will be looking to capture that title in 2013. I am also aiming to increase my consistency in making features and placing in the top 5 at each of our 6 events this upcoming race season.
