My dad coming from a very competitive racing background having 9 tow digit naitonal numbers with top ten overalls really had an impact on trying out the sport. I was told i could ride when i was able to hold a bike up with my legs and not fall over, so i started racing by the time i was 4 years old. And ive loved every moment of it so far.
back in 2009 I was eligible to be able to race the Loretta Lynn Amateur National Championships down in Hurricane Mills Tennessee. Then in 2010 We drove down to Mini 0's and I was able to qualify for the 125cc youth stock and mod class for both sx and mx. in 2011 I turned expert and started to chase after my pro am points for my pro license. Luckily I got all 75 points within that year and when i turned 16 we sent in my application and got accepted to race the nationals in 2012.
For the 2013 season, i think its going to be a rough one. Im still a junior in high school and I have to start looking for a job after school so i can pay for my racing career, because my father doesnt want to do it anymore. So with school, training, working, and trying to find a place to ride at is going to be a challenge, but its not stopping me from my dream.
My main goal though is to qualify for my local nationals, budds creek, southwick, and unadilla.
