My name is Katie Alexander. I am 12 and began quad racing two season ago, after riding on trails and in the sand dunes. I was season champ in 2008 and 2009 at Ukiah Speedway MX in the PeeWee Big Quads class, racing on a DRR90cc 2-stroke mini quad. I raced a couple of CMC Winter Series races whenever they allowed a youth class :) and I've raced at the E-Street series in Marysville.

I passed my little quad down to my little brother a couple months back, and moved up to my mom's first race quad, a modified 2004 Suzuki LTZ400. I bumped up to the juniors &/or ladyquad classes (depending on the track) - I just finished the Ukiah MX Spring Points Series, finishing 1st in the PeeWee Big Quads class, 4th in the Juniors class and 5th in the LadyQuad class (I jumped up to the bigger bike mid-series). I'm looking forward to racing more and more on the new bike and racing with my family.

Along with racing quads, I also take taekwondo, play basketball and sing.
