Weekend 2010

Ironman bike ride. Have to adjust training to add in more hills. Nothing crazy big but more than I have here down south.

Goal is 18 miles!!

Sunday I wogged 16 miles in 6:15, Monday 6 miles. Today 22.08 miles in my bike in 60 minutes.

Last night after work I did a spin on my bike for 45 minutes, 16.22 miles and a quick 2 miler. I want to thank The Butt Stuff for sponsoring me. Today got to hit the pool and swim some drills. Saturday is my long run/wog. Trying to finalize my fueling and gear for the full marathon that is now 8 weeks away.

anything I should know?? Like the "goodie bags" they pass out during the bike, what to pack. What is a qualifying time?? All help to questions all welcomed.
