Given Chase Schubert's advanced learning curve during numerous practice sessions in his FSR Service's Dodge Truck, it might seem like his NASCAR Whelen BWFS-360 Truck Series debut has been a long time coming.
On May 13th he received his NASCAR Whelen License which allows him to officially compete; He will be the youngest driver competing in this series at just 14 years old on the Houston Motorsports Park track.
Schubert will make his first start in the NASCAR Whelen BWFS-360 Truck Series on Saturday - June 9th in the ADRENALINE ON ASPHALT 50 at Houston Motorsports Park. He will drive the No. 31 FSR Services Dodge for Schubert Racing, the same team that has accelerated his development in the INEX Bandolero Series in his Rookie years.
Schubert already has experience on the 0.375-mile Houston track, where he holds the 2009 Bandolero "Rookie of the Year" Title. He figures to gain more experience in this series' 50-lap event Saturday.
