Kudos again to Ryno Power! Raced the last round of the Mid-South Cross-Country Series in the Senior A class last Sunday. With conditions being the worst I have seen (gray dirt, gray rocks everywhere and extremely dusty), My mental focus never faded, and neither did my body! Never took a digger once, and crossed the checkers in 5th! Can't give enough props to everyone involved in Ryno Power, best I've ever used :-)

I started using Ryno Power Protein last year after one of my friends told me how it tasted in comparison to usual protein powders. It is pretty good. Can't lie about that and each serving has a good amount of protein too. The biggest thing about it is that it is a blended protein source so by taking it your really covering all your bases. The octocosonal in it is something Bruce Lee had realized increased strength years ago. It also has BCAAs and glutamine which help a lot with recovery. I notice I am not as sore when I'm using compared to when I'm not. The contrainer I had run out so I'm using a cheap generic brand protein now until I am able to order another container. With 50 servings and 34 grams a protein in each serving it's a really good value. About a $1 per serving is nothing compared to the ridiculous prices some health clubs, gyms, will charge for protein shakes. I recommend this protein to everyone in my weight lifting club because I believe it really helps with the recovery and growth and change of the body over time from training stimulus.

I have not yet had any of your products but my lifting partner is a die hard user of your products and speaks very highly of you, iv been asking him if I can try some of his stuff but he is very stingy about it so I am hoping I can get around to my local GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and purchase some!
