IndoFLO Cushion or Roller
Place hands on deck about shoulder width apart. The wider the feet are positioned on the floor, the
easier it will be to balance. Rotate the lower body to one side resting on the outside of the foot. The top
leg will be bent at the knee, and crossing over the top of the grounded leg. Return to plank position
without the deck touching the ground.
