Indo Side Plank -
A) With arm in the ground, place feet in a split stance
on the edge of the deck. Lift the hips up by pushing the arm into the ground and the legs into the deck while maintaining balance, and/or
B) With legs on the ground in a split stance, place arm
on the deck (lengthwise) with a deflated IndoFLO
cushion between the arm and deck. Lift the hips up by pushing the legs into the ground and the arm into the deck while maintaining balance.
